On November 14, 2025, the ICSO team, in collaboration with the local authorities of Nhang commune, organized a meeting to strengthen the capacity of the community committee leaders and members on land and forest management, based on the statute and internal regulation of the Charay indigenous community of Taing Se village, Nhang commune, Andong Meas district, Ratanakiri province. After reading and explaining the contents of the statute and internal regulation of the important articles, such as Articles 11, 13, 22, and Article 27 of the community statute and internal regulation of Articles 7, 10, and Article 13 of the internal regulation. The community committee and members had a clearer understanding of the contents of the statute and internal regulation on the management, administration, and use of land and natural resources, as well as resolving the disputes in their community. The meeting was attended by a total of 34 people, (10 women).
