On May 21, 2025, ICSO team collaborated with technical officials from the Department of Rural Development, the Inter-sectoral Office of Ratanakiri Province, and local authorities to organize a capacity-building for the committee leaders and members of the indigenous Tumpoun community. The meeting focused on the implementation of the community’s internal rule of Laerun Chong Village, Ou Chum Commune, Ou Chum District, Ratanakiri Province.
As a result, the committee leaders and members gained a deeper understanding of the content of the internal rule, particularly regarding the management of CBOs for the proper of land and natural resources protection, as well as conflict resolution within their community.
