On October 8, 2025, ICSO collaborated with local authorities and organized a meeting to strengthen the capacity of the community committee and members on land management, based on the statutes and internal regulations of the Charay indigenous community in Sala village, Kak commune, Borkao district, Ratanakiri province. The contents of the statutes and internal regulations are taken from several important articles for implementing community work, such as articles 11, 13, 22, and 27 of the community statutes and internal regulations are articles 7, 10, and 13 of the community internal regulations on the management of land as a community collective land. The committee and members understood more clearly the contents of the statutes and internal regulations on the management of land and natural resources, as well as resolving disputes in their community. The meeting was attended by local authorities, community committee and members in total of 41 people, 23 are women.
