On November 11, 2025, the ICSO team collaborated with experts from the Department of Rural Development of Ratanakiri province and organized a meeting to demonstrate how to fill out the self-identification form for the Kreung indigenous community in Krala Village, Poy Commune, O Chum District, Ratanakiri province. It was attended by local authorities and indigenous people, a total of 97 participants (51 women). After the experts from the Department of Rural Development demonstrated the thumbprinting procedure, the participants clearly understood the thumbprinting purpose for their self-identification for submission to ministry of rural development.
