On the morning of August 5, 2025, the ICSO team, in collaboration with the local authorities of Poy Commune Administration, organized a capacity-strengthening meeting for the committee members and community members on the rights to manage and use land based on the community’s internal regulations and statutes of the Kreung indigenous community of Sway Village, Poy Commune, O’Chum District, Ratanakiri Province.
As a result: After the ICSO project officer read and explained the contents of the statutes and internal regulations—highlighting several key articles to be implemented in the future, such as Article 11, Article 13, Article 22, and Article 27 of the community statutes, as well as Article 7, Article 10, and Article 13 of the internal regulations on collective land management and use—
