On November 13, 2025, the ICSO team, in collaboration with the local authorities of Nhang commune, organized a meeting to strengthen the capacity of the community committee leaders and members on land management, based on the statutes and internal regulations of the Charay indigenous community, Tang Chik village, Nhang commune, Andong Meas district, Ratanakiri province. They read and explained the contents of the by-law of the main articles for future implementation, such as Articles 11, 13, 22, and Article 27, and the internal rule containing Articles 7, 10, and Article 13 on the management and land use collective. The community committee leaders and members understood clearly the contents of the by-law and internal rule on the management of land and natural resources, as well as resolving the disputes in their community. The meeting was attended by the local authorities, the committee leaders and members, a total of 36 participants (9 women).
